He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Luciani. He is survived by: his children, Rosario Luciani (Roxanna), Louisa Secara (Florian) and Sandra O'Connell (Jerry); his grandchildren, Kristopher (Megan), Roberto (Marlenna), Angela, Christina (Daniel), Sierra (Joshua), Mackenzie (Kieran) and Nikolas; and his great grandchildren, Juliean, Jovanni, Sophia, Alessandro, Grey and Thea.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home & Chapel (96 West St, Brantford, ON N3T3E7). An entombment was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (620 Governors Rd E, Brant, ON N3L3E1).

In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
