He was predeceased by: his wife Shelley Lynne Phillips; and his parents, Harold Phillips and Jean Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Phillips (Cori), Susan Ranchuk, Catherine Lewis (Gary) and Janet Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
