He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline White and Ted White; his brother Ted Jr.; and his nephew David Thomas. He is survived by: his sisters, Charlene Thomas and Rosalie White; his nieces and nephews, Tim, Adam, Travis, Randeelee, Chloe, Horace and Lobelia; and his uncle Orville Lickers.
