He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa; his parents, Michael Blazeiko and Mary Blazeiko; and his siblings, Maria Blazeiko, Olga Baryski and John Blazeiko.

He is survived by: his wife Betty (North); his daughter Kathy Aucoin (Clayton); his grandchild Kyle Aucoin (Emily); his great grandchildren, Carter Aucoin and Alex Aucoin; his brother Nick Blazeiko; his siblings-in-law, Ernie Baryski and May Blazeiko; and his aunt Valencia Bunt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
