He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rafaela Verrelle, Giulio and Alberto; and his parents, Giovanni LaNave and Filomena LaNave.
He is survived by: his spouse Leonarda LaNave; his daughters, Filomena LaNave and Maria Teresa Gronlund (Tim); his grandsons, Nicholas Prospero LaNave (Justine Roche) and Lucas Joseph Gronlund; his great grandchildren, Lenora and Celeste Roche-LaNave; his siblings, Maria Gallucci (Tony) and Arnaldo LaNave (Judy); and his sister-in-law Rita LaNave. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
