She is survived by: her children, Ashton, Hailey and Luca; her parents, Nadine Tageldin and Jason Woolcock (Shannon); her siblings, Winston Woolcock (Britney), Jason Woolcock Jr., Brenna Woolcock, Samantha and Latif; her grandmother Roseanna Woolcock; her uncles, Pepin Woolcock (Tamara) and Allen Murray; and her cousins, Andrew, Nathan and Olivia.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation Hamilton, Ontario- A gesture that reflects Racquel's spirit of hope and healing.
