He was predeceased by: his brothers, John and Gerry. He is survived by: his wife Frances Sweers (Bialas); his children, Tyler Wayne (Kristen), Bryan (Melissa) and Shelley (Alex); his sisters, Mary Laidlaw (Lew) and Donna Shelby (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Pat, Bonnie Sweers, Christine Fraino (Les Jani), Michael Bialas (Nancy Gambacourt) and Joseph Bialas (Kathy).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hearts to Homes Feline Rescue would be appreciated by the family.
