He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Dougherty and Keith Dougherty; his siblings, Wayne Dougherty, Kathy and Leota McCallister; and his significant other Denise Dougherty.

He is survived by: his children, Duane Andrew (Lisa), Darald Andrew (Dale), Lynne Andrew, Kim Dougherty and Todd Andrew (Becky). He is also survived by numerous nephews nieces, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Sakura House Hospice in Woodstock would be appreciated.
