He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Smith and Mary Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beth Antonissen (Henry), Tom Smith (Karen), John Smith (Jeannie), Tim Smith (Elaine) and Sally Chambers (Ric). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
