He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his daughter Jennifer Irvine (Eric); his brother Bruce (Jane); and his parents, Wilbur Guthrie and Mildred Guthrie.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Sharp (Bill), John (Kristine) and Jim; his grandchildren, Adam (Chelsie), Stephanie (Josh), James (Sarah), Connor (Emma), Rachael (Alex), Kinsey (Nate) and Amber (Ben); his great grandchildren, Owen and Aurora; and his sisters, Sharon Young (late Dave) and Mary Lynn Shira (Nick). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kipp Funeral Home (184 Grand River St N, Paris, ON N3L2N1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Paris Plains Cemetery would be appreciated.
