It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roland Vincent Mayer (Brantford, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 84, on March 16, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Bertha; his stepfather William; and his brothers, Louis (Nellie) and Alex (late Carol).

He is survived by: his wife Anne (Cselenyi); his children, William (Teresa), Susanne (John) and Anita (Joe); his grandchildren, Katarina, Nicole (Ryan), Melanie, Mary-Kate, Emily, Michael, Jessica and Ella; and his siblings, Frank and Lillian (late Jeno). He is also survived by many Nephews and Nieces.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak a private immediate family gathering will take place at Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home in Brantford.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a donation made in Roland's memory to the Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford or the Canadian Cancer Society.
