“Shirley was a special friend. We shared many visits and loved chatting and sharing ideas about nature. She was a true gardener and her love for her garden shone brightly every summer. One of the fun times we shared was our exhibit at the Brantford Flower Show a few years ago. She always spoke about how much she had time with her family. Harvey was also a little light in her last few years. Harold and Shirley would visit often with our friend as we learned more about health and nutrition. She was always willing to learn new things at every stage of her life. She has been a wonderful friend and I will miss her greatly. She was always thrilled to have me drop in for a visit no matter what time of day. Words will never express this exceptional and wonderful addition to Danny and myself and many, many family and friends lives. I heard it said she was such a classy lady and so she was. She never showed her age either in looks or energy. I send love to all her family who she adored.”
