She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Lockhart and Willard Blakey; and her siblings, Ronald and Joan Marie. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Welling. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, In-laws, friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family gathering will take place followed by a service.
