He is survived by: his significant other Conney Mollink; his mother Cindy; his stepfather Luke Groulx; his father James; his siblings, Keith (Jill) and Angela Fazekas (Ryan); his nieces and nephews, Parker (Kauri), Lily, Mylie, Grayson and Ella; his pets, Lake and Jett; and also Amaiya.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Navy Club (54 Wadsworth St, Brantford, ON N3T3V8).
