She is survived by: her children, Jolanta (Roman), Wanda and Przemyslaw; her grandchildren, Patrick (Andrea), Martin (Maggie), Adam (Jenn), Magda (Krzysztof), Evelina (Krzysztof) and Pawel (Maggie); and her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Oscar, Alicja, Ava, Ella and Amelia. She is also survived by other relatives as well as friends.
