She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Rizzo. She is survived by: her children, Nick (Susan), Rick (Suzy), Kelly (Rob), Tracy (Frank), Michele (Tim) and Tina (Gene); her grandchildren, Danielle, Andrea, Nickolas (Melanie), Devon (Rob), Taylor (Justin), Patrick (Emily), Jaime, Micheal (Holly), Bailey, Brittany (Geoff), T. J. (Jessica), Rick and Sam; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Zachary, Connor, Owen, Teagan, Tenley, Tatum and Quinn; her brother David Montcalm; and her friend Brantford.

In keeping with Covid-19 protocol face coverings and social distancing are mandatory.

Donations can be made in honour of Theresa to the Sam Rizzo MRI BGH Foundation or Parkinson's Foundation of Canada.
