He was predeceased by: his parents, Katarzyna and Jan. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, David (Melissa) and Jennifer (Brett); his sisters, Marian Bish (Joanna) and Susan Norrish (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, Janina Fudali (Vince Picek), Regina Fudali (late Eugene) and Stan Fudali. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
