He was predeceased by: his significant other Betty Cook; and his son Rob. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Brenda), Ron and Denise Howard; his grandchildren, Kristin Howard (Alan), Kayla Howard, Shelby Knight, Nick Howard and Matthew Knight; and his friend Bob Kennedy. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
