He is survived by: his father William Waters Sr.; his children, Stephanie (Ryan), Amanda, Hermaine and Lynnsey; his grandchildren, Hunter, Cameron, Savannah, Emily, Amara, Dean and Thea; his siblings, Sherry (Alex), Leanne, Chris and Tim; and his significant other Becky Beckham. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brant Naval Veteran's Association (54 Wadsworth St, Brantford, ON N3T3V7).
