He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rowley and Gladys Mae Haycock Rowley; and his sister Linda Smith (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Francine Warner (Mark), Tammy Donahue (Chris) and Tanya Rowley; his grandchildren, Alexander, Kayla (Gordon), Matthew, Zachary, Jonah, Emily, Katelyn, Noah, Madelyn and Violet; and his brothers, Harvey Rowley (Janet) and Wayne Rowley (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
