He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Andrew; his sister Sharon Phipps of Wyoming; his children, Tammy Clark of Petrolia and Terry Andrew; and his stepchildren, Michael, Cynthia and Stephen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
