He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Moddejonge (Keith Wyton), Cherie Guthrie (Norm) and Philip Allingham (Devika); his grandchildren, Bonnie, Elisabeth, Nicole Guthrie, Marshall Moddejonge and Eleanor Chelan Allingham; his stepsons, Scott Woosley and Richard Woosley; Dabney Allingham.
