He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Vincent "Chick" and Cora Agnes Hannigan; his brothers, Michael (Doris) and Ronnie (Arlene); and his daughter Patricia "Patty".
He is survived by: his sister Carol Hilder (Art); his children, Daniel "Danny", Timothy "Timmy" and Terry; his grandchildren, Karen (Daren), Joel (Sarah), Shannon (Chris), Kathrynn "Katie" (Kevin), Jessica "Jessie" (Matt) and Josephine "Jo"; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Ellie, Chloe, Norah, Xander, Dalya, Nolan, Archer, Declan, Cullen, Delaney, Danyka and Raine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerry's honour to The SickKids Foundation or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
