He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelmus Drie and Elbertje van Drie. He is survived by: his children, William (Geraldine), Robert (Lynn), Christa (James), Tiffany (Rob) and Alvin; his grandchildren, Victoria (Darcy), Jessica, Julia (Isaac), Meghan (Brandon), Fiona (Samuel), Jacob (Payten), Andrew, Chase, Chance, Ethan and Destyni; his great grandchild Rueben; and his siblings, Geertje "Grace", Wilhelmus and Gerrtje. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rushnell Funeral Home - Brighton (130 Main St, Brighton, ON K0K1H0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the McPhail's Cemetery (799 Old Wooler Rd, Codrington, ON K0K1R0).
