She was predeceased by: her sisters, Muriel and Eleanor; and her parents, Ralph Cheer and Viola Cheer. She is survived by: her children, Jackie (James), Karen (Dan), Rick, Melanie (Ryan) and Ron (Angie); her grandchildren, Lori, Travis (Sydney), Tarryn, Shannon (Nathan), Sarah (James) and Mike (Katelynn); her great grandchildren, Audrey, Claire, Sophie, Mason, Myles, Max, Hunter, Addi and Meyer; and her sister Sharon (Don).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Rose's memory to St. Paul's Anglican Church or Community Care Northumberland and Meals on Wheels.
