She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Wedgewood; her sister Evelyn Chisholm; and her parents, Percy Markell and Lucy Markell (Normand). She is survived by: her siblings, Gwen McManus (Wayne) of Athens, Richard and Robert Markell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
