She is survived by: her children, Michael, Randy and Connie Heffernan (Ray); her granddaughters, Amanda (James) and Emily; her great grandchild Alice Kinsella; her grandchildren, Joshua (Kaitlyn), Seth (Jessica), Faith (David) and Olya (Robert); her great grandchildren, Eva, James, Clara, Yauna and Dominic; and her siblings, Marilyn and James.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated in Alice's memory.
