He was predeceased by: his son David; his sisters, Joan Tye and Joyce Quinn; his granddaughter Laura Beth Gooch; his great grandchild Dylan Goedman; his son-in-law Winston Bradley; his parents, Vienna Kelsey (Bell) and Donald Kelsey; and his stepfather Dan Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Jaquith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
