He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Freeman (Purdon); his son Michael; and his siblings, Aden Freeman, Merla Hartley and Phyllis Dodds.
He is survived by: his sons, Grant (Wendy) of Elgin and Gregory Freeman (Lyne) of Ormstown, P. Q; his sisters, Marjorie Hartley of Kingston and Betty Leroux (Yves) of Kingston; and his grandchildren, Jamie (Christine), Victoria (Steve), Brandan (Valentyna), Martin (Bianca), Kyle (Brandy), Cynthia (Pierre Luc), Travis (Katelyn) and Justin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Brockville General Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care) would be appreciated.
