She was predeceased by: her son James MacNeil; her grandson Nathan Mintz; her sister Barbara; and her brother-in-law Frank Wood. She is survived by: her husband Ken MacNeil; her daughter-in-law Judy MacNeil; her sons, Brother Philip MacNeil and Andrew; her daughter-in-law Shannon MacNeil; her daughters, Sister Victoria MacNeil and Margaret; her son-in-law Gordon Mintz; her grandchildren, Iain, Alec, Jocelyn, Aaron, Reid, Bryce, Quin MacNeil, Joshua Mintz (Abigail Gallagher) and Joel Mintz (Anna); and her in-laws, William, Gloria St. Pierre, Lawrence, June St. Pierre, Evelyn and Joe Davie.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (12 Pine St, Brockville, ON K6V1E8).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to causes close to her heart: Samaritan's Purse, the Salvation Army, or St. Paul's Anglican Church in Brockville.

The last few years, she and Ken have become family to me. I am sure she is in heaven with those who have passed before her, and our Lord God Almighty!
