He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Clow and Ambrose Clow; his wife Ruth Clow; and his sisters, Gladys Clow, Isabel Boulton and Betty Robertson.
He is survived by: his children, Rob (Darlene) and Laurie Clow; his grandchildren, Logan (Davis), Parker (Jill), Paige Clow (Kyle), Teagan Comstock (Matt) and Cortnie Barr (Brad); his great grandchildren, Seeley, Sullivan, Riley and Brooklyn; his brothers, George and Raymond Clow (Eleanor); and his brother-in-law Wilfred Argue.
In memory of Bill, donations to Lyn United Church or the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
