As we bid Bill farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Bill is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Delrena; and his grandson Shawn McCormack. He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Phillips (Steve); his grandson Trent McCormack; and his siblings, Joan Ferguson (Ross) and Bob Mitchell (Gail). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel (4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at the St Francis Xavier Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the MS Society would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
