As Brian departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Brian. Though Brian may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Louise Phillips; his wife Dianne Phillips (Haskin); his brother Eric (Cindy) of Vernon, B. C.; his mother-in-law Marilyn Haskin; and his siblings-in-law, Wade (Ingrid), Sandra Warren (Calvin) and Cheryl Grusnick (Dick).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barclay's Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V 1R2).
