He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Ruth; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Justin Theobald (Amanda) and Meagan MacArthur (Nathan); his grandchildren, Elliott, Jude, Ivy, Carina, Lochlan and Graham; and his close friend Darcy.
