She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wallace, Myrtle Wingeat (Henderson), Graydon and Annie Sample (Sewell). She is survived by: her parents, Malcolm Wingeat and Wendy Wingeat (Sample); her children, Matthew Billings (Laine) and Chelsea Billings (Norman); and her brother Scott Wingeat (Janet). She is also survived by her nephews; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V 1R2).
