With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolina Dixie Mizener of Brockville, Ontario, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on December 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Smith and Agnes McFarlane (Alden Mizener); and her sister Betty Rabey. She is survived by: her children, Philip and Ruth (Stefano); her granddaughter Mikayla; her sister Ada Garnero; and her brother-in-law Warren (Lorna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In memory of Carolina donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation or the Lanark, Leeds & Grenville Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
