With solemn reverence, we commemorate Chris Throop (Brockville, Ontario), whose life came to an end on December 1, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Sandra; his in-laws, Albert and Ellen Steenwyk; his brother-in-law Bill Dempsey; and his uncle Donny Leizert.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica (Tyler), Nicholas (Ania) and Michelle (Cameron); his siblings, Cathe and Warren (Betty); his grandchildren, Annika, Isla Hutchins, Alina, Nolan Throop, Maddox, Lennox and Hendrix McGuire; his aunt Barb; and his niece Debbie Macdonald.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Irvine Funeral Home Reception Centre (4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9).
In honor of his memory, donations to the Brockville SPCA and Brockville Palliative Care unit would be appreciated.
