She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stinson and Violet Stinson (Anderson); her sister Paula Stinson; and her husband Jim Mininni. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Ireland and Christopher Mininni; her siblings, Janice Browne, Stephen Stinson and Lynn Elliott; her nephews, Stephen Loughridge, Scott and Todd Crowder; and her niece Cathie.

For those who wish, memorial donations for Cindy may be made to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario or The Gananoque & District Humane Society. Donations are being accepted for: CHILDRENS HOSPITAL OF EASTERN ONTARIO - OTTAWA CHILDREN'S TREATMENT CENTRE.
