With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donalda Lockhart of Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on December 28, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Donalda's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Donalda has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bates and Almeta Bates; her husband Thomas Lockhart (Goldie); her brother Donald Bates (Linda); and her friend Jack Wager.
She is survived by: her nephew Blaine Bates; her nieces, Karen Heuer and Cathy Mulcahy; Leslie Bates.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brockville Woman's Institute, Wall Street United Church or The Palliative Care Program would be greatly appreciated.
