She was predeceased by: her parents, Miriam Johnston (Jelly) and Roy Johnston; and her siblings, Eileen Claxton, Velma Johnston, Evelyn Blair, Margaret McCurdy, Walter Johnston, Dr. Harold Johnston (Mary Lou) and Dr. John Johnston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
