He is survived by : his spouse Shirley Kelly (Steacy); his children, Ann McNamara (Mike) of Kingston, Nancy Graham (Steve) of North Gower, Kenneth Kelly of Kingston, Jeff Kelly (Sue) of Brockville, Debra Montgomery (Rick) of Augusta, Kim Hewitt (Shawn) of Lyn, Jackie Amirault (Peter) of Brockville and Thomas Kelly (Kelli) of Lyn; and his grandchildren, Leanne, Christine, MacKenzie, Brandon, Micheal, Shelvia, Missy, Robert, Tara, Gary, Kaitlyn, Lindsey, Brooke, Devin, Emily, Connor and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V1R2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel (4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9).

In memory of Fred donations to the Canadian Cancer Society for Prostate Cancer would be greatly appreciated by the family.
