He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Butler and Pauline Butler; and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his child Tracy (Scott); his grandchildren, Ryan and Tyler; and his siblings, Wanda, Dale (Leela) and Debra (Wayne). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
