With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Jacques (Brockville, Ontario), who passed away on May 12, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George Jacques; her son Steven Jacques; and her siblings, Fred Hellyer (May), Ken Hellyer, Ruth Forrest (Jim), Phyllis Hamelin, Bob Hellyer (Nancy), Rolland Hellyer (Lillian), Pat (Al Knowles) and Barb Hannewyk.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Jacques (Sharon) and Sandra (Bob Avery); her grandchildren, Debbie McIntyre (Scott), Brian Jacques (Christine), Jim Jacques (Jill), Chris Avery (Katie), Kyle Avery (Terri) and Sean Jacques (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lidgett (Jordan), Ben McIntyre (Emily), Zachary Jacques, Nicholas Jacques, Austyn Jacques, Amelia Avery, Emmett Avery, Elliotte Avery and Tyler Jacques.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Red Cross will be gratefully acknowledged.
