He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Byers and Noreen Moore; his stepfather William Moore; his siblings-in-law, Pauline Byers and Fred Fouzie; and his in-laws, Ralph and Helena Best.
He is survived by: his wife Janet (Best); his sons, Andrew (Ashley) and David (Amie); his grandchildren, Kael, Paisley, Harlee, Mallory and Mika; his siblings, Clifford, Kevin (Ruby), Carolyn (Doug Wood), Cherri and Ruth (Gord Bigelow); his stepmother Christena Byers; his aunt Marjorie (Rod Ryan); and his siblings-in-law, Norma Fouzie, Jim, Sheilagh Best, Marsha and Joe Stadig.
In memory of Harley, donations made to Palliative Care at the Brockville & District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by his family.
