Helen left this world on September 2, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Lorne; her son Russell; her children-in-law, Ted and Mary; her grandson Tony; and her siblings, Howard, Harold, Elwood and Noreen.

She is survived by: her children, Gail (Dennis Beckstead), Randy, Susan and Rodney Brenda (Murray McCormac); her sisters, Fern and Rita; and her sister-in-law June. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
