She was predeceased by: her husband Werner Gommert; her son Michael Gommert; and her parents, Adolf Bratz and Charlotte Bratz (Shwartz). She is survived by: her children, Andrea Derochie, Roger Gommert and Ronald Gommert; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Pidgeon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
