He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Seafield Grant and Helen Lois Graham; and his stepfather Findlay Maclean. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ogilvie; his children, Meredith Gorrell (Brock) and Kingsley (Denise); his grandsons, Hunter (Jade) of Wasa, BC and Walker; his close friend Perry Beverley (Michael); his sibling's children, Dorcas Taylor, David and Hunter Taylor; and his sister Victoria Graham Maclean.

Donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care, will be gratefully acknowledged.
