He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Fraser; his son Michael Fraser; his parents, Gerald Fraser and Mildred Beckstead (Fraser); and his brothers, Jack Fraser and Robert Fraser.

He is survived by: his children, Barb (Tim Stiff) and Andrew (Lizanne); and his grandchildren, Megan Stiff, Michael Stiff and Keelin Fraser.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irvine Funeral Home & Chapel (4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

As expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
