He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Webster and Velma Webster (Chant). He is survived by: his spouse Alleen Webster (Baldwin); his sons, John (Brenda) and Jeff (Sarah); his grandchildren, Krista, Kayliah, Riley and Noelle; and his siblings, David Webster (Joyce) and Corrinne McMann (Gary). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In memory of James, donations to the Children's War Amps or the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
