Jan Poelstra Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Poelstra (Brockville, Ontario), who passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Ralph; his parents, Jochem Poelstra and Hipkjen Plantinga; and his siblings, Fred, Betty, Jayne, Pieter, Shirley, Liz and Ann.
He is survived by: his significant other Goverina "Rina" Poelstra; his child Leentje; his grandchildren, Trenton, Dane, Brittany, John and Adrian (Erin); his great grandchildren, Gradon and Alexandra; his granddaughter Kristina (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Luke, Noah, Emmaline, Grayson, Dax and Avery; his sister Nell; James and Abbigail. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
